Tenant Requirements

	Proof of Earnings (W2-documents that back-up application).
	Letter(s) of Employment.
	Credit Check and Application Fee of $75.00 made out to Issembert Companies, Inc.
	Provide a copy of the first page of your tax return(s).
	Please fully complete the rental application.
	Picture ID (driver's license, non-driver ID, passport)

Please use the link below to download our application. Fax the application to us via 212-832-3676, email it to info@issembertco.com or bring it to our office at 234 East 58th Street, Unit #1, Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5, with all supporting documents and application fee.

Guarantor Requirements

Fulfill all the same tenant requirements listed above.

If a guarantor is involved there will be a minimum of at least two months security.

Guarantor must be NYS resident.

Please download the Guarantor of Lease form and return it with the guarantor's signature notarized.
